Managing the Spiritual Neighborhood
How to Restore the Conscience of America's Communities; A Grass Roots Approach

Agriculture, Gardening, Environment

Listed on this page are a number of organizations and Internet links related to gardening, agriculture and the environment. As with most of the other resources listed on this site, there is little or no connection between what these groups are doing and what is going on in a typical suburban subdivision. As worthy as these groups are, they don't penetrate down to the grass roots of American neighborhoods. It's the Garden Zone Manager's job to complete the link; to initiate real-world, neighborhood-level activities that create a connection between the environment and the everyday life of residents. Not just connecting residents to the environment, but to each other, and to the intelligent forces that sustain life on the planet.
